It was my first time selling a property and Joseph offered a depth of knowledge and experience. The delivery of information was very straight forward and his calm and professional mindset instilled confidence which ensured the process was as stress free as possible. I was abroad the majority of the time due to work commitments and Joseph helped arrange corrective maintenance and inspections of the property in my absence as well as dealing with my solicitors.

I had contracted a handful of larger estate agents in the local area before acquiring Joseph’s services and his responsiveness, accessibility and insight was of a higher quality. It was refreshing to feel he genuinely cared about getting the best deal possible, in comparison to other agents - who in my personal experience - treat you just as a number to churn out as quickly as possible.

I highly recommend his services and will certainly be contacting him again in the future.
